Mary Adelaide Thornberry

Mary Adelaide Thornberry, 87, of Middletown, died Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at Garden Manor Retirement Village. She was born in Sawyerville, Illinois on September 23, 1918 to parents Giuseppe “Joseph” and Sylvia (Casari) Peroglio.
Mary resided at the Excello Mobile Home Park for 10 years. She was a member of the Gratis United Methodist Church.
Mary is survived by several nieces & nephews; and special friend, Brittany Isaacs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Thornberry in 1995; her parents; and brothers and sisters, Anthony, Domenica Marie, Herman, John Frank, and Louise Cecelia.
Graveside Service will be held Saturday, July 15, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Fairview Cemetery in Gratis, with Reverend Gary Wood officiating. There will be no visitation.
