Tonya L. Martin

Tonya Lynn (Ratliff) Martin, 60, of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 28, 2025 at home. She was born in Middletown on November 14, 1964 to parents, James Arley Ratliff, Jr. & Linda (Deaton) Ratliff, both of whom preceded her in death.

Tonya always put family & friends before herself. Her cheerful appreciation for the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds kept a smile on her face.

Above everything, Tonya loved her family and she will be greatly missed by her devoted husband, Charles Douglas Martin; daughter, Melinda Nicole Martin; sons, Charles Douglas (Amanda Bailey) Martin, Jr., James Eric Lee (Myra Carter) Martin & Timothy Arley Cody (Jenlyn) Martin; grandchildren, Nakalya, Jesse, Kenyan, Cheyanne, Lil' E, Greyson, Jon Jon, Lilah, Angelina, Damion & Ray Ray; great grandson, Dey'Vion plus one on the way. She is also survived by her sisters, Gail (Tim Goss) Meadows, Shannon (Jerry) Gill, Deanna (Joe) Bargdill & Tina Johnson; special nephew, Jacob Gill; step-mother, Deborah Ratliff; step-father, Gary Hopkins; as well as numerous loving extended family & friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
