Teresa A. Lacey

Teresa Lacey, 85, formerly of Middletown, died Wednesday at her son's home in , Rapid River, Michigan.

Mrs. Lacey is survived by her sons; Leonard L. (Mary) Myers, Sr., Rapid River, Michigan, Damon (Rachel) Lacey and Joe (Judy) Lacey , both of Middletown, her brother Johnny E. Slovacek of Cincinnati, stepbrother, Stephen Polakovich of Franklin, sister Marjorie Durbin of Trenton, Michigan, stepsisters, Ann Roberts and Catherine Case of Middletown, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Arlin Lacey in 2000, her parents; John and Anna (Miskovic) Slovacek, brothers, John and Louis Slovacek, sister Catherine Slezak and 2 grandchhildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church on Monday, Jan. 28 at 10 AM with Father John Civille officiating. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery, Middletown. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, Jan 28 at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosesvelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr. Contributions may be made to Holy Family Parish, 201 Clark Street, Middletown 45044.
