Stella Spicer, age 80 of Monroe, died Saturday, April 27, 2002 at Middletown Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Spicer was born in Altro, KY, the daughter of the late Greenberry and Pollie (Johnson) Spicer. She was preceded in death by her sister, Ola Durk.
She was a devoted christian mother, a former member of Faith Chapel in Farmersville and the first convert of the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Middletown.
She is survived by her husband Al Spicer, Monroe; two daughters: Parma (David) Mann of Monroe and Alvera (Charles) Baumert of Coalgate, Oklahoma, four grandchildren; Matthew (Usha) Reifsnider of Amman, Jordan, David (Mary) Reifsnider of Middletown, Vickie Reifsnider of Ada, Oklahoma and Ronnea Pearce of Stonewall, Oklahoma, ten great grandchildren; Joe, Brooke, Brittany, Kieron, Tara, Ronnie, Sunny, James, Jeremy & Jason, two great-great grandchildren; Carrie & Casey.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 29, 2002 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd at Bonita. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 1, 2002 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with the Reverends Matthew Reifsnider and Stan Goeckel officiating.
Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
