Ronald L. Olson

Ronald Lee Olson, 58, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025. Born on August 19, 1966, Ron spent the bulk of his childhood and young adulthood in Butler County before moving to California in 2004.

Ron spent much of his adult life working in the intermodal world, ensuring our nation’s transportation runs smoothly. He loved nothing more than spending a day on or near the water, whether it was canoeing down the Little Miami River or exploring Seal Beach. He was a lifelong Reds fan. He is remembered for his sense of humor and bold personality. His witty text messages sent from the seat of an airport bar will be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his parents John and Sue Anne. He is survived by his wife Brandi; children, Donna, Asher, and Scotti; and grandchildren, Delaney and Victoria; as well as many other loving friends and family.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, June 6, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Woodside Cemetery & Arboretum (Veteran's section), 1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown.
