Roger D. Foreman

Roger D. Foreman, 62, of Middletown, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown on October 6, 1960 to parents, Dale and Joanne (Bach) Foreman, both of whom preceded him in death.

Roger graduated from Monroe High School in 1979 and then attended Miami University of Oxford. He was a member of Monroe United Methodist Church and High Point Lodge #773 F. & A.M. in Monroe.

Roger is survived by his sisters, Vicki (Clifford) Burns, Patti (Gary) Lindley & Tammi (Daniel) Picard; and multiple caring nieces & nephews. 

The family wishes to extend special thanks to all of the staff at Otterbein Middletown for taking wonderful care of Roger.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with inurnment at Mound Cemetery in Monroe.
