Morris Wade Miller

Morris Wade Miller, 80, of Turtlecreek Township, died Sunday, February 13, 2005, at Otterbein-Lebanon Retirement Community. He was born in Excello, Ohio on November 13, 1924 to parents Morris Lester and Mildred Margaret (Craig) Miller.

Wade graduated from Lemon-Monroe High School. He served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He retired, as a supervisor, from Harding Jones Simpson Paper Company in 1986, after 44 years of service.

Mr. Miller is survived by one daughter, Peggy L. (William) Schramm of Toledo, OH; two sons, Wade A. (Loretta) Miller of West Harrison, IN, and W. Edward (Mary) Miller of Louisville, KY; two sisters, Ruth F. Federle and Marilyn J. DePalma; two brothers, Melvin C. Miller and Jesse E. (Janet) Miller; and five grandchildren, Elizabeth Miller, Adam Miller, Matthew Miller, Daniel Miller, and Pete Schramm.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Violet Miller in 2004; his parents; and two sisters, Margaret A. Shrout and Alma M. Miller.

Graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 12:15 PM at Woodside Cemetery with Reverend Lisa Ellison officiating.
