Michael Lynn Taylor

Michael Lynn Taylor, 69, of Trenton passed away on November 19, 2025 after battling cancer for 7 years. He was born on February 21, 1956 in Middletown, OH to Linden Taylor and Eileen (Hickman) Doughty.

Michael was a 1974 graduate of Edgewood High School. He worked for Crystal Tissue from 1974-1979. He, then, worked for United Parcel Service for 31 years, retiring in 2010, where he received an award for 25 years safe driving. He coached Trenton Knothole and SAY Soccer. He was a member of the Edgewood Athletic Boosters, Trenton Jaycees and Middletown Moose #501. He donated for years to "Relay for Life". Mike loved the Bengals and Xavier basketball. He played softball, golf, pool, indoor and outdoor soccer. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing , spending time with his granddog, Bex and playing cards with family and life long friends from school. Michael is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jacqueline (Sanderson) Taylor; daughter, Jennifer (Todd) Grubb; son, Anthony Taylor; grandchildren, William Michael Taylor, Devin (Destiny) Grubb and Taylor Grubb; sister, Michelle Hughes and a large loving family and many friends.He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Melody Hollingsworth.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Drive), Middletown, OH 45044.

Funeral will be at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
