Lorraine E. Curry

Lorraine E. Curry, 87, of Trenton, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on August 31, 1938 to parents, Douglas and Elsie Elizabeth (Goldring) Goodwin.

Lorraine had worked at the dental office of Dr. John D. Burley for many years. After her retirement she enjoyed volunteering at Atrium Hospital and also volunteered with Hospice Care of Middletown for 19 years. Lorraine was a dedicated member of Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church for 53 years.

Lorraine is survived by her son, Rob Curry; daughter, Leanna (Joseph) Pressler; brother, Roy (Sheila) Goodwin; grandchildren, Sarah (Kyle) Bouley, Rebecca (Zach) Fowler & Sydney (Ryan) Forbush; and great granddaughter, McKenna Fowler.

In addition to her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. Curry; and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Curry.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Pastor Jason Bantz officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will take place privately at Miltonville Cemetery.
