Linda K. Barela

Linda Kay Barela, 77, of Eldorado, Ohio passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born in Middletown on November 15, 1947 to parents, Elmer and Vivian (Heizer) Farler.

Linda dedicated her time to raising her family in a loving home. She was a woman of faith. Her whole life, her home was filled with fur-babies that she loved dearly.

Linda is survived by her devoted husband of 29 years, Ruben Barela; daughter, La Gina (Jeff) Poynter; son, Lonnie Line; grandchildren, Larissa (Brent) Garnett, Brandon (Kiersten) Weaver & Ciara (Justin) Babcock Weaver; and 5 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Lindsay Line.

Funeral Service will be Friday, August 29, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Pastor Dan Denlinger officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
