Larry R. Mann

Larry R. Mann, 76, of Middletown, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Spring Hills Middletown. He was born in Cincinnati on December 20, 1949 to parents, Ansel Ray and Edna (Becraft) Mann.

Larry was a 1968 graduate of Middletown High School and went on to graduate from RETS Technical School. He then began a 33 year career in technical repair at Armco/AK Steel, retiring in 2009. Following his retirement from AK, he continued in the technical field by repairing ATM machines. Larry was also very proud of his grass-cutting business. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose #501. Always one to enjoy a challenge, Larry earned his private pilots license and was a HAM radio operator (WA8OKD) for many years. In his spare time, Larry loved working on Chevys and greatly enjoyed passing his knowledge on to his grandson, Trenton.

Above all, Larry loved his family and he will be greatly missed by his wife of 38 years, Judy (Oakley) Mann; daughter, Carrie (Justin Spencer) Schnieders; and grandchildren, Trenton, Cletus IV, Samantha & Sonny.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Cletus Schnieders III.
