Kathryn Louise Simpson

Kathryn Louise Simpson, 58, of Carlisle, OH, died on November 8, 2025 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born on March 21, 1967 in Middletown, OH to Albert Eugene and Rita Mae (Kincaid) Hollon.

Kathryn worked for Premier Health as a Medical Center Representative. She loved being around people, listening to music, watching dirt track racing and reading. Kathryn enjoyed trips to Hocking Hills, walking nature trails and loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Kathryn is survived by her children, Adam (Caitlyn) Patrick, Amber (Wade Stillwell) Patrick, Jacob Simpson, Austin Patrick and Caleb Simpson; grandchildren, Adalynn Patrick, Myles Patrick, Paislee Stillwell, Grayson Stillwell, Chance Stillwell, Bentley Wilson, Sadie Patrick, Baylee Patrick, Silas Patrick and many other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Timothy Simpson; brother, Michael Hollon.

Visitation will be Friday, November 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Drive) Middletown, OH.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Dr. Dan Flory officiating.

Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
