Karen L. Taulbee Amos

Karen L. Taulbee Amos, 74, formerly of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025 in West College Corner, Indiana, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 18, 1950 to parents, Henry Lloyd Eugene and Virginia Lee (Dennis) Eisele.

Karen had a passion for baking and worked as a cake decorator at Central Pastry Shop and at Milton's for several years. She retired from the bakery at Miami University in 2013, after a long career of doing what she loved.

Karen's greatest joy was her family and she will be greatly missed by her six sons, Bryan (Missy) Taulbee, Doug (Tammy) Taulbee, Jason (Tomi) Taulbee, Matt Taulbee, Josh (Amy Wood) Taulbee & Zach (Desirae Powers) Taulbee; sisters, Brenda (Harold) Wagers & Pamela Eisele; 21 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren, plus 2 more on the way.

In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her first husband, Randy Taulbee and second husband, Larry Amos.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
