Josie Lynn Slaton, 53, of Middletown, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. She was born in Middletown on September 25, 1969 to William N. and Lois Ann (Kline) Slaton.
Josie is survived by her sons, Henry "Joey" (Candace) Rice Jr. & Jesse (Tamara) Rice; grandson, Luke Rice; niece, Sarah D. Slaton; great nieces, Brooklynn Combs & Ryleigh Combs; step-father, Charles Frasher; and her beloved K-9 companion, Curtis Lynn "Tootie".
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Cindy Slaton.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 23 2023 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at Sebald Park.
