Gertrude Nunlist

Gertrude Nunlist, 90, of Middletown, died Monday, March 21, 2005, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Middletown on January 18, 1915 to Jacob and Francis (Jacklyn) Kittel.

Gertrude was a long time member of Holy Family Parish - St. John´s Church. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed needlepoint, traveling, and reading history books.

Gertrude is survived by her husband, since June 17, 1939, Robert Nunlist; and three sons, Tom (Julie) Nunlist of Milwaukee, WI, Richard (Mary Jane) Nunlist of Middletown, OH, Timothy (Bonnie) Nunlist of TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church, 1405 First Ave., with Father John Civille and Monsignor Paul Metzger as celebrants. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 5-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.). Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
