Everett E. “Butch” Frazee Jr., 56, of Middletown passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown on July 20, 1964 to parents Everett E. and Delsie D. (Taylor) Frazee Sr.
Butch was formerly a firefighter and paramedic for the City of Franklin for 8 years as well as paramedic for Joint Emergency Medical Services of Warren County for 15 years and an Emergency Room Technician at Jewish Hospital for 15 years. He was a graduate of Lemon-Monroe High School and an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
Butch is survived by his three daughters; Ashley (Nicholas) Smith, Amanda (Andrew) Combs and Melinda (Sheldon Harris) Frazee; brother, Mike (Toni) Frazee; sister, Debi (Arlen) Bowman; grandchildren, Audrey Combs, Adalyn Combs and Savannah Smith; nieces and nephew, Keri (Thomas Cook) Bowman, Elizabeth (Andrew) Steward, Petrina (Nash) Skiles and Adam (Siera) Prichard; great nieces and nephews, Kylee, Evan, Sarah, Averyann, Cole, Nolan, Bentley, Benjamin, Quincy, Elijah, Peyton and Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Terry Ball officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the funeral home. Masks and social distancing are required for those attending. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery.
