Ethan James Jaworskie, infant son of Tim Jaworski & Jeanie Miller of Middletown, died Sunday, 1/6/2002, at Middletown Regional Hospital. Besides his parents Ethan is survived by two brothers, Chandler & Dylan Roark; one sister, Caylee Mackey; and grandparents Ken & Pat Tobergte, Lola Trout, and James Spivey. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ethan Jaworski Memorial Fund c/o First National Bank of Southwestern Ohio 815 S. Breiel Blvd., Middletown, OH 45044.
