David W. Minck, 49, of Fairfield, died Saturday, January 15, 2011, at Takoda Trails. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on March 22, 1961.

Mr. Minck is survived by his parents, William and Betty Minck; sisters, Wendy (Tony) Folino, Amy (Marshall) Lachman and Jennifer Rexius; six nieces and four nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 10:30 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. Visitation from 9:30 am until time of Service. Memorials may be made to New Jersey Presbyterian Church, 780 Fairview Dr. Carlisle, Oh 45005.
