Ruth D. Schmidt

Ruth D. Schmidt, 89, of Howell, Michigan (formerly of Trenton & Logan, Ohio), died Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at MediLodge of Howell. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on April 20, 1923 to parents Floyd and Orene (Nickell) Ellison.

Mrs. Schmidt is survived by her sons, Phil (Sue) Schmidt & Mark Schmidt of Brighton, Michigan; 5 granddaughters; and 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. Schmidt and parents.

Prayer Service will be held Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Father John Civille officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
