Patricia A. Purcell

Patricia A. Purcell, 86, of Middletown, died Thursday, May 22, 2014, at Hawthorn Glen Senior Living Campus. She was born in Duquesne, Pennsylvania on March 2, 1928 to parents Louis Bert and Mary (Ritchie) Libengood.

Patricia was a member of Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church.

Mrs. Purcell is survived by her husband, William E. Purcell; daughters, Mary Ann (Richard) Nutt & Maureen (Glenn) Nutt; three grandchildren, Christopher Patrick (Emily) Nutt, Meghan (Nathan) Ignace & Elizabeth Nutt; and one great grandchild, Quentin Nutt.

She was preceded in death by her son, James P. Purcell; parents; brothers, Louis B. Libengood & Donald Libengood; and sister, Catherine Taylor.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church, 1405 First Avenue, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
