Norma J. Lambert

Norma J. Lambert, 72, of Middletown, Ohio, died on June 16, 2005, at Christ Hospital. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on March 7, 1933 to parents Arthur F. and Edna A. (Lancaster) Viel.

Norma was a graduate of Monroe High School and worked for Middletown Regional Hospital as a Health Advantage Specialist, retiring in 1998. She was a member of Breiel Blvd. First Church of God, American Business Women´s Association, the Middletown Convention Visitors Board, Prosser Chapter 367 Order of Eastern Star, Middletown Regional Hospital Credit Union Board Member, Middletown Women’s Symphony, and the Women’s Fedaration. Norma was active with numerous community events and committees.

Mrs. Lambert is survived by four children, Robert Dale Lambert Jr. of Fullerton, CA, Mark Elliot Lambert of Plainfield, IL, Jayna Sue (Kerry) Vaughn and Linda Jean (Mark) Current, both of Middletown; one sister, Patricia Ann Neal of Middletown; a sister-in-law, Leah Viel of Middletown; ten grandchildren, John Robert Lambert, Chelsea Kirana Lambert, Alison Elizabeth Lambert, Jonathan Arthur Lambert, Adam Taft Lambert, Kerry Matthew Vaughn, Kylie Michelle Vaughn, Sam Marcus Current, Maxwell Jase Current, and Sally Augusta Current; and many, many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Dale Lambert in 1997; her parents; and a brother, Donald Viel.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., with Reverend David Colp officiating. Visitation will be Monday, from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
