Mary L. Koehler

Mary L. Koehler, 79, of Middletown, died Monday, February 9, 2015, at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Sugar Creek, Ohio on March 30, 1935 to parents Jesse J. and Florence (Stevanus) Knox.

Mary was owner & operator of Mary's Diamond Inn restaurant for 18 years, retiring in 1995.

Mrs. Koehler is survived by her daughters, Cynthia (David) Short, Kathryn (Larry) Koehler, Jane (Dean) Miracle, Donna Koehler & Leslie (Ron) Martin; brothers, Bill Knox, Jim (Wanda) Knox & Steve (Judy) Knox; sister, Harriet (Buzzy) Dyer; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Koehler in 2010 and her parents.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to the doctors & staff at Atrium Medical Center and also to the team at Home Care by Black Stone.

There will be no services.
