Mark S. Mcintosh

Mark Scott McIntosh, 53, of Middletown, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 9, 2023 at home. He was born in Middletown on April 5, 1969 to parents, Irvine Jr. and Dorothy (Barrett) McIntosh, both who preceded him in death.

Mark worked in Industrial sales. But his true passion in life was music and he enjoyed being a local musician.

Mark is survived by his brother, Steve (Jeanette) McIntosh; sister, Donna (Mike) Harville; nieces & nephew, Kaitlyn (Kyle) Hunteman, Chelsi (Ryan) Dempsey, Cody Harville, Jessica (Richard) Rautio & Ashlee Harville; great niece, Dottie Dempsey; aunt, Betty Barrett; long time companion, Lisa Hamblin Bray; special friend, Joanna LeMaster McIntosh; as well as numerous other friends.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown with Dr. Dan Flory officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, Southwest Ohio Chapter, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, Virginia 22116-7023.
