Maggie Louise West, infant daughter of Brian and Michelle (Poplin) West of Middletown, was born on November 16, 2005 and died Sunday, November 27, 2005, at Good Samaritan Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Heidi Jo West; grandparents, Arnice & Robert West and Stephanie Poplin Zuber; great grandparents, Dottie Tompkins and Linda & Darrel Fisher; great great grandmother, Helen Dalrymple; great great grandfather, Herbert Mynhier; and numerous aunts, uncles, & cousins.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 3, 2005 at 12:00 Noon at Jacksonburg United Methodist Church, 4654 Oxford-Middletown Rd., with Pastor Steve Weatherly officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, prior to the service from 11-12:00 pm at the church.
