Lynn J. Gayhart

Lynn J. Gayhart, 82, of Middletown, died Monday, January 21, 2019, at Premier Estates of Middletown. She was born in Akron, Ohio on January 20, 1937 to parents Albert M. and Dorothea (Armstrong) Larew. Lynn retired from Precision Packaging.

Mrs. Gayhart is survived by her children, Patricia Gayhart, Robert Gayhart, Debra Gayhart & John (Dorothy) Gayhart; siblings, Jennifer, Jeff, Jimmy, Brian & Marian; grandchildren, Heather & Catrina; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Gayhart; son, Frank Gayhart Jr.; and parents.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 25, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Jesse Combs officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Miltonville Cemetery.
