Kenneth M. Keever

Kenneth M. Keever, 79, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at Close To Home Assisted Living. He was born in Middletown on November 12, 1937 to parents Earl S. and Margaret Catherine (Bauer) Keever.

Kenny was a graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School, where he was on the basketball team. He was a member of Holy Family Parish. He worked as a crane operator for Armco Steel Corp and following retirement moved to Florida. He and Nora lived in Florida for 18 years before returning to Middletown in 2009.

Mr. Keever is survived by his son, Jim (Miriam) Keever; daughter, Kathy Keever; grandchildren, Marc Holland, Amy Holland & Kenny Keever; great grandchildren, Trevin, Jayden, Brooke & Christopher; as well as many other loving family & friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nora S. (Manrod) Keever; parents; and brothers, Jack, Bob & Don Keever.

Prayer Service will be held Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Father John Civille officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 - 1:00 pm.
