Kathleen A. Wenzel

Kathleen A. “Kathy” Wenzel 75, of Middletown, died on December 7, 2022, at Kettering Medical Center. She was born on June 13, 1947 to parents, Howard and Juanita (Stern) Osborn.

Kathy was a dietary aid at Bickford Senior Living and enjoyed crafts, cross stitching, crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles.

Kathy is survived by her son, Jason (Amber) Wenzel; and grandchildren, Tyler Wenzel (Alexis Walters), Kyle Wenzel, and Brynnan Abney.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kenneth Osborn.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Drive), Middletown, followed by a Prayer Service at 1:00 pm with Father John Civille officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
