Jonnie V. Grays

Jonnie V. Grays, 68, of Franklin, passed away after a long battle with cancer, on Thursday, December 9, 2021. He was born in Middletown on September 9, 1953 to parents, John and Kathleen (Black) Grays.

Jonnie had worked as a cement mason and was a member of the Operative Plasterers & Cement Masons Local 109. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, serving as an E4 Specialist. Jonnie enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid fan of The Ohio State University, the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cincinnati Reds.

Jonnie is survived by his companion, Esther Grays; son, Jonathan (Brittany) Grays; brothers, Greg Grays & Darrell Grays; sister, Etta Kozee; grandson, Hunter Fultz; and many nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Stefanie Grays; parents; and sister, Bobbi Sue Griffin.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening, December 15, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown.
