Janice M. Puckett

Janice M. Puckett, 71, of Germantown, died Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at Sycamore Hospital. She was born in Dayton on December 9, 1944 to parents Fred and Marie (Kinstle) Baker.

Janice worked in the water billing department of the City of Middletown for 32 years, retiring as a supervisor in 1995. She then worked as a sales clerk for Elder-Beerman at the Dayton Mall. She was a member of Jacksonburg United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Puckett is survived by her husband, Thomas W. Puckett; daughter, Kimberly (Jimmy) Combs; son, William (Stacey Apgar) Puckett; brother, Eugene (Linda) Baker; sister, Linda (George) Synder; grandchildren, Ashley (Jacob) Walker, Savannah (Brandon) Highley, Zachary Combs, Emily Puckett, Thomas Puckett & Cody Apgar; and great grandchildren, Scarlett, Audrey, Sheyanne & Connor.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 15, 2016 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Wes Souders officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
