Irene E. Moreland

Irene E. Moreland, 91, of Franklin, died Monday, September 5, 2005, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in McCormick, Kentucky on September 22, 1913 to parents William and Lou Etta (Spencer) Whisman.

Mrs. Moreland was a member of the Tuley Rd. Church of the Nazarene.

Irene is survived by three sons, Dan (Marjorie) Moreland of Franklin, William (Faye) Moreland of Stanton, KY, and James E. Moreland of Lebanon; seven grandchildren, James Jr. (Cari) Moreland, Joel Moreland, Joshua (Christi) Moreland, Dan Jr. (Molly) Moreland, Melissa Moreland, Michael Moreland, and Betty Jean Moreland; and three great grandchildren, Elijah, Matthew, & Michaela Moreland.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Betty Moreland; daughter-in-law, Lois Moreland; 5 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 8, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., with Reverend Randall Sapp officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 6-9 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations may be made to Tuley Rd. Church of the Nazarene, 1815 Tuley Rd., Hamilton, OH 45015.
