Edward Arno Krause

Edward Arno Krause, 62 of Middletown died on Thursday, January 29, 2004 at his residence. He was born in Middletown on December 23, 1941 to Arno K. and Mary (Chupka) Krause, Jr.

Mr. Krause was a graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School. He attended University of Dayton and graduated from Xavier University. He worked for the United States Government at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base before his retirement in 1990. He served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Johns Church, Middletown Sportsman Club, Dial Radio Club, his amateur call sign was WF8Z, and he loved animals, especially his dog.

He survived by a sister Eleanor Mary Bishop, Middletown; two brothers; Robert (Glenda) Krause, Middletown and Frederick (Diana) Krause, Madison Township, three nieces; Mary Suzanne Bishop-Trousdale, Middletown, Caroline Robinson, Germantown, Joan M. Harris, Liberty Township, two nephews; Thomas A. Bishop, Middletown, Frederick A. Krause, Madison Township, three great nephews Thomas Robert Bishop, Middletown, Matthew D. Robinson, Karl A. Robinson, both of Germantown, two great nieces Emily Marie Harris and Jillian Elizabeth Harris, two step-nephews Danny & Jeffery Lawwill.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish-St. John’s Church, Fr. John Civille celebrant. Visitation Tuesday from 6-8pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Drive. Interment at Woodside Cemetery.
