Dr. Omer C. Hurlburt Ii

Dedicated physician; beloved husband of Marlene for 47 years; devoted and cherished father of Mary Ade (Eli) Fillios, Omer III (Theresa) Hurlburt, Peg (Todd) Lemmel, John (Amy) Hurlburt, Michael (Jodi) Hurlburt and Kathy (Dan) Likos; loving and proud grandfather of eighteen grandchildren; dear brother of Barry (Mary) Hurlburt and Peggy Lockwood, both of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Hurlburt practiced family medicine in Middletown from 1964 until his retirement in 2001. He always expressed his sincere gratitude for the many patients who entrusted their care to him over his 37 years of practice. Every person was special to him.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church, 1405 First Avenue, Middletown with Father John Civille and Monsignor Paul Metzger as celebrants. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown.
