Doug M. Slamka

Doug M. Slamka, 62, of Trenton, died Friday, June 28, 2013, at his residence. He was born in Middletown on August 22, 1950 to parents Charles and Thelma (Gerdes) Slamka.

Mr. Slamka is survived by his wife, Diana (Berry) Slamka; daughters, Brooke (Greg) Ross & Dena (Mike) Maybury; son, Alex (Stephanie Kennedy) Slamka; one sister; six brothers; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Prayer Service will be held Monday, July 1, 2013 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Father John Civille officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
