Dorothy Jean Elam

Dorothy Jean Elam 74, of Middletown, died on Friday, April 5, 2019 at Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born on Tuesday, June 6, 1944 in Lincoln, Kentucky to Howard and Lila (Simms) Warner.

Dorothy had worked as a tax preparer for Jackson-Hewitt. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed watching tv, going to the casino and playing slot machine games on her phone.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Kim (Jeff) Hartbarger & Kelly (Phil) Hubbard; sons, Minor (Teresa) Elam & Kenneth Elam II; seven grandchildren, Tanner, Ciara, Haley, Chris, Rob, Desi & Clay; four great grandchildren, Adalyn, Kiera, Xander & Evie; brother, Ronnie; and sisters, Marla & Pam.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Elam; parents; sisters, Evelyn & Jackie; and brother, Sam.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
