Dennis Chasteen, 65, of Somerville, died Wednesday, November 4, 2015. He was born in Berea, Kentucky on November 7, 1949 to parents Earnest and Della (Rector) Chasteen.
Mr. Chasteen was an avid musician and worked as a crane operator for AK Steel for 35 years. Dennis was also very active with the American Legion Post #218.
Mr. Chasteen is survived by his sons, Chris (Krista) Chasteen, David (Sherri) Chasteen; brother, Ernie Chasteen; sister, Sharon Kwalton and grandchildren, Ashley, Caleb, Rachel, Emily & Caroline; great grandchild, Kinsley.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 10:00 am at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Rev. Shane Craycraft officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Interment will be at Fairmound Cemetery.
