David L. Uleman, 83, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at his home. He was born in Middletown, OH on November 11, 1939 to parents, Leo and Irene (Wagner) Uleman, both of whom preceded him in death.
David graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in 1957 and started his first company with Bill Uhl, American Business Equipment. He then went into a sales career beginning with Office Outfitters in Middletown, OH. He was a longtime member of Middletown Knights of Columbus. David enjoyed golfing, bowling, basketball and coaching all of his children and grandchildren. He had an enthusiastic passion for all sports and loved helping and watching all of his family in their sporting activities. He was the originator of dirty chicken eater, a game which is enjoyed at most every family get together and one that will be cherished and passed along for generations to come.
David loved his family and will be greatly missed by his wife, Mary Kay (Armbruster) Uleman; children, daughter, Cory (Tim) Bunnell, grandchild, Elizabeth, great grandchildren, Jordan, Chyanne, Mabel, grandchild, Ben (Abby) Bunnell, great grandchildren, Will, Lennon; son, Mike (Pam) Uleman, grandchild, Ashley (Tyler) Lampert, great grandchildren, Ella and John, grandchild, Hannah; son, Jon Uleman, grandchildren, Lauren, Cameron, Samantha; daughter, Anne Uleman; son, Dan (Beth) Uleman, grandchild, Millie; and sister, Gail (Uleman) Long.
Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Parish- Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown, OH with Father John Civille as celebrant, immediately followed by a celebration of life.
