David F. Smith

David F. Smith, 89, of Middletown, died Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at Kensington Place. He was born in Jackson , Kentucky on April 10, 1924 to parents Charles and Ada (Neal) Smith.

David served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. He retired from Interstate Folding Box Company.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jean. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers & sisters.

Graveside service will be held Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 10:00 am at Woodside Cemetery, 1401 Woodside Blvd. (Section 25-A), Middletown with Father John Civille officiating.
