Charles E. Lykins

Charles E. Lykins, 68, of Middletown, died Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. He was born in Morgan County, Kentucky on March 23, 1946 to parents Dan and Edna (Couch) Lykins.

Charles served his country in the United States Marine Corps where he served from 1964 to 1968. Mr. Lykins worked at Square D Electrical Manufacturing.

Mr. Lykins is survived by his wife, Nettie( Jamison) Lykins;; daughter, Monica Lykins Minor; son, Chuck (Casey) Lykins; brother, Jerry Lykins; sisters, Joann Morefield, Phyllis Brooks and Judy Proctor; grandchildren, Samantha, Kaitlyn and Evan Lykins, Isaac Hanson, Alicia Cast, Brad Minor and Erick Minor; great grandchildren, Conner and Austin Whisman and Alyvia Cast.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Burt Wooton.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 24, 2014 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00-4:00p pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park with military honors by the Middletown Combined Honor Guard.
