Cathie E. Hodson

Cathie E. Hodson, 56, of Wayne Township, died Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at her parent's home. She was born in Middletown on November 7, 1959.

Cathie was involved in 4H for many years. She taught 5th grade at Creekview Elementary and was very involved in extracurricular activities at the school. She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church and volunteered serving outreach dinners at church. Her grandchildren were her world and they all enjoyed the family horses, goats & chickens.

Mrs. Hodson is survived by her husband, Nick A. Hodson; daughters, Amanda (Wilson) Lane & Nicole Hodson; son, David (Pam) Hodson; parents, Jim & Pat Bishop; brothers, Jamie (Becky) Bishop & John C. Bishop; sisters, Anne (Jim) Ward & Mary (Kent) Whitaker; and grandchildren, Morgan Lane, Shelby Lane & Colton Messer.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 222 Hamilton Ave., Trenton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 11:00 - 12:00 pm at church. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
