Carolyn Jean Howard, 81, of Cincinnati, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Mercy Franciscan at West Park. She was born in Mowrystown, Ohio on July 25, 1930 to parents Archie Russell and Edith Marie (Sweet) McQuitty.
Mrs. Howard is survived by her daughter, Carol Lyn Changet; daughter-in-law, Tami K. Howard; and grandchildren, Amanda Nicole Changet, Heather Howard, Austin Howard & Brandon Howard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis "Bill" Howard; son, Matthew Dane Howard in 2005; parents; sister, Bernice Davis; & brother, Raymond McQuitty.
A Memorial service will be held Wednesday March 21 at 2:00 pm at Woodside Cemetery Chapel, 1401 Woodside Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Jim Kinser officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Middletown Public Library, 125 S. Broad Street, Middletown, Ohio 45044.
