Caroline A. Sora

Caroline A. Sora, 80, of Reading, died Thursday, February 9, 2012, at Hospice of Blue Ash. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on April 11, 1931 to parents Carlo and Carmella (Forni) Esposito.

Caroline was a loving wife, mother and caregiver to many young children. She was an executive housekeeper for many years in the hotel industry and worked in the family business, Sora's Car Care and Towing. She was also a member of the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Reading.

Mrs. Sora is survived by her husband, Gerard Sora; sons, John (Rachelle) Sora, Tom (Carmen) Sora, Jim (Jayne) Sora; brothers, Fred (Ellen) Esposito, Tony (Linda) Esposito; sister, Pauline Cappa and sister-in-law, Dottie Esposito; Grandchildren; Caroline (Alex Ahlers) Sora, Marie (Jason) Lusher, Elizabeth Sora, T.J. Sora, Trevor Sora, Gabby Sora and Matt Sora; Great Grandchildren, Preston John Ahlers and Danika Ahlers.

Caroline was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dominic Esposito and brother-in-law, Victor Cappa.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 12:30 pm at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church, 1405 First Avenue, Middletown with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 - 12:00pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
