Beatrice L. Takach

Beatrice Lillian (Duerr) Takach, 89, of Middletown, died on Saturday August 29, 2009 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on Nov. 7, 1919 to parents Harry and Martha (Karr) Duerr.

Mrs. Takach was a homemaker and also worked at Tee's restaurant where her husband Stephen was co-owner. Beatrice was a member of the Holy Family Parish.

She is survived by three sons, James Takach (Karen), Joe Takach (Judy) and Dave Takach, a daughter, Margaret Schumacher (Paul), a brother Joe Takach, 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her parents, her husband Stephen Takach and three sisters, Geraldine Duerr, Mary Dufficy and Mildred Clark.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Monsignor Paul Metzger officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to Mass at the church.

Interment at Middletown Pioneer Cemetery, Middletown. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, Ohio River Valley Chapter, 7124 Miami Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243.
