Alberto is survived by his parents, children Julian, Abraham, Gabriela and Carter, brother Jose Vazquez, sisters Francisca Vazquez, Elizabeth Vasquez, Janet Vazquez and Dora Vazquez.
Visitation will be Monday, December 21, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home 3805 Roosevelt Blvd Middletown, OH 45044.
Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Eber Flores officiating and It will be streamed live on the funeral homes YouTube page.
Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
Facial coverings and social distancing required.
