Roberta Koeppel Burk

Roberta Koeppel Burk, 90, of Middletown, died Wednesday, October 1, 2003, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Middletown on April 17, 1913 to Frank and Blanche (Herman) Koeppel.

Mrs. Burk worked as an accountant for Safeco Insurance Company. She was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. John´s Church, where she participated in WINGS. She was also a member of the Middletown Arts Center.

Roberta is survived by two sisters, Peg Fawns and Joan Skinner, both of Middletown, OH; one brother, George Koeppel of Middletown, OH; sisters-in-law, Betty Koeppel and Mildred Burk, both of Middletown, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Burk; her parents; brothers, Frank “Bud” Koeppel, William Koeppel, Oscar Koeppel, and Richard “Dick” Koeppel; and a sister, Adelaide Gray.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, October 3, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - St. John's Church with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Thursday, from 6-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
