Mary Rose Beattie

Mary Rose Beattie, 87, of Monroe, Ohio, died Tuesday, January 22, 2002 at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village. She was born August 10, 1914 in Chicago, Illinois to parents Charles and Rose (Tomasek) Hubacek. She married Charles Walter Beattie 62 years ago, in June 1939. Mary was longtime membership chairman of the Middletown Symphony Orchestra under Valda Wilkerson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother Charles Hubacek. She is survived by her husband; a son Chuck (Paula) Beattie; a daughter Virginia (Chuck) Beattie Raney; and one grandson Mark Beattie. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
