Mary Elizabeth Gaston, 85, of Middletown died Saturday September 18, 2004 at Heartland of Centerville. She was born November 3, 1918 in Middletown to parents Michael and Terezia (Galbavi) Kristian.

Mary was a member of Holy Family Parish in Middletown.

She is survived by her daughters Lois J. (Mike) Burney of Middletown, OH and Joyce M. Russelo of Westerville OH. Survivors also include 4 grandchildren; John (Tiffanie) Burney, Jeanne (Geoff) Getter, Jennifer (Rick) Bruno, and Julie Russelo, and 5 great-grandchildren. Mary is also survived by a sister Ann Hensley and a brother-in-law Jake Eckhardt.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Louis J. Gaston, her parents, a sister Helen Eckhardt, and 2 brothers John Burna and Michael Kristian.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday September 21, 2004 at 10 AM at Holy Family Parish, St. John’s church with Father John Civille as celebrant. Visitation will be Monday September 20, 2004 from 6 to 8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.)

Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
