Martin Kyle Jones

Martin Kyle Jones, 44, of Middletown, died Wednesday, September 17, 2003, at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on August 30, 1959 to parents Kenneth L. and Norma (Cox) Jones.

Kyle was a graduate of Franklin High School and worked as a software engineer for Lexis Nexis. He enjoyed music, watching sports, cooking, and baking bread.

Kyle is survived by his wife, Shirley (Eckhardt) Jones and a son, Garrett A. Jones, both of Middletown; his parents, Kenneth & Norma Jones of Largo, FL; one sister, Melanie (Larry) Bray and nephew and niece, Cameron & Madison Bray, all of Carbondale, IL; one brother: Eric L. Jones of Durham, NC; grandmother, Grace M. Cox of Middletown, OH; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Monica R. Jones; his grandfather, Esta L. Cox; and a cousin, Tommy Cox.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 22, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr. Visitation will be Sunday, from 2-4 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
