Mariana (Bell) Fisher

Mariana (Bell) Fisher, 89, of Trenton, died Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at Garden Manor Retirement Village. She was born in Trenton on August 23, 1924 to parents Thomas and Mary (Dimmitt) Bell.

Mariana had worked for a short time as a secretary in the sales department at Armco Steel. She was a volunteer at Middletown Regional Hospital for 51 years and then at Atrium Medical Center in the medical records department. She was a life-member of First Presbyterian Church in Middletown, member of the Trenton Circle Mother's Club for over 60 years and a member of the Women's Federation. She was a member of Curves in Trenton for many years and enjoyed her exercise classes with Body Recall at the Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Fisher is survived by her children, Chuck Fisher, Mary Lou (Charles) Hauenstein & Barbara (Steve) Osborne; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 42 years, Charles E. Fisher; parents; sisters, Louise Benner & Margaret Cummins; and brothers, Thomas Bell & William Bell.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Greg Gibson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 11:00 - 12:00 noon. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
