Levi Fugate

Levi Fugate, 81, of Middletown, died Thursday, June 1, 2006. He was born in Jackson, Kentucky on February 16, 1925 to parents Nimrod and Sarah (Butler) Fugate.

Levi worked as a printing press operator for Inland Container, retiring after 40 years of service.

Mr. Fugate is survived by his wife, Esther (Lawson) Fugate; daughter, Loretta (Neal) Reifsnider of Middletown; two sons, David (Peggy) Fugate of Oxford and Stephen Fugate of Pennsylvania; three granddaughters, Linda (Dan) Barrett, Kristie Wilch, and Tricia (David) Caldwell; and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a great granddaughter, Kristen Norris; and brothers, Jim Fugate and Herbert Fugate.

Services will be held Monday, June 5, 2006 at 1:00 PM at Butler County Memorial Park Chapel with Pastor Tim Sheets officiating. There will be no visitation. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
