James Edward Sausville

James Edward Sausville, age 53 died Saturday, September 27, 2003 at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, New York, after a lengthy illness.

Jim was born April 5, 1950 the son of Frank B. and Ellen Jane (Hill) Sausville in Middletown, Ohio. He lived in Middletown most of his life, but has lived in New York for the past several years.

Jim leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his going home to be with our precious Savior, Roseanne,(Strobeck), Sausville, his devoted wife and best friend and constant companion for the past 22 years,; two sons: Michael Charles Moore of Windham, NY; Robert Lee Moore of Middletown, NY; a daughter, Christy Lynn, (Sausville), Fremgen, of Catskill, NY; and a sister, Gloria Ring of Middletown, Ohio. Jim also is survived by his precious grandchildren, Amber Fremgen, Jessica Fremgen, Scott Moore, Selena Moore, and Skylar Dugan, who were the lights of his life, two aunts: Gladys L. Sausville, and Kathryn Dolloway , both of Middletown, NY; many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. And two very special guardian angels John and April Soto, who made Jim not just their brother-in-law, but their brother.

Jim was preceded in death by both parents and his brother Frank B. Sausville, II, and was followed in death by his beloved uncle James Elliot Sausville of Middletown, NY, on Thursday, October 23, 2003.

Services for Jim were held in Catskill, New York officiated by Deborah E. Sausville.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2003, at 10:00 AM at Elk Creek Cemetery in Madison Township, with Major Douglas Hart officiating.
